Due to the bespoke nature of our products,please allow approximately three to six weeks from the time of purchase for the creation of your piece. This timeframe reflects our commitment to ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

4.3. Orders and Acceptance When you place an order through our site, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will occur only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

4.4. Custom Orders We offer customization options for certain products. Please note that custom orders may require additional time for production. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

6.3. Risk of Loss The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

7. Returns and Refunds
